I am a motivated professional with a diverse background spanning hospitality, language studies, and operations. After completing my matric, I began my career as a waiter, gaining valuable experience in customer service and teamwork. I further pursued my interest in languages by studying German and have since expanded my skill set through roles at Global Load Control and Amazon KDP.
I am passionate about continuous learning and constantly seek opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Adaptable, curious, and driven, I enjoy taking on new challenges and exploring innovative solutions.
I have experience in customer support and operations across global organizations, handling high-volume technical inquiries, resolving complex issues, and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Network Systems (expected 2027). Completed Matric and obtained a German A2 proficiency certificate thereafter.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certified, with additional aviation safety and Amazon certifications in cybersecurity and data protection.
Proficient in Windows environments and basic IT support, with strong experience in Microsoft Office. Currently developing skills in network troubleshooting, operating system support, technical problem resolution, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
